If you want to book an available room or bundled package, it is necessary for you to provide certain personal details, in particular your name, address, telephone number, and email address. These details are stored in the reservations system from TourOnline AG, Operator of the DIRS21 for each reservation together with a confirmation number, and they are sent to us by fax. We can also retrieve the details at any time using a secure access to a confidential area of the system. Export or automatic forwarding of the details from the system is not possible.
We would like to stress that your details, and in particular your email address, will not be used for advertising or mass email transmission purposes.
Anonymous data may be used for the purpose of statistical analysis.
We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes specified above.
