Reservations may be cancelled without charge until 12pm on the day of arrival.
In the case of non-arrival or cancellation after 12pm we will charge the first night.

Relaxation:
On the 3rd floor – above the rooftops of Villach – is a spacious wellness area offering the following equipment: experience-shower, steam bath, aroma bath, tropical rain and cold fog, solarium (for a fee), tepidarium, sauna with light therapy and infrared therapy. Massages may also be reserved upon request (for a fee).
Prices for business guests, tour operators and groups over 20 persons are offered individually.
